My Trendyol Order Was Sent Incomplete




On June 20, 2024, I ordered "Favors Watch 8 Ultra Black Smart Watch Search" for 297,44 Tl with Delivery No: 8490832084 because Trendyol's "Favors" store was offering a discount. My order was simply thrown into a thin cargo bag and shipped. When I opened the package, I assumed there would be a problem because the box was open, whereas the original watch box should have been closed with nylon shrink wrap. I still wear this watch; I've purchased several from various websites for my wife, friends, and others who see it; I'm very familiar with the watch and its features, and I order as many as I need. The original box would have been closed (nylon covered), and I would have opened it myself; however, the box that arrived to me was open, and it was simply thrown into the cargo package and sent. The watch does not have an adjustment button (also known as a crown button in the past), so I added one in the pictures. Also, the screen is not 1.99 inches; it is quite small. The product is not the one advertised on the product page, and a different small watch with missing parts was placed in the box and shipped. I believe the store made these mistakes on purpose, sending me a different watch with missing parts and a different watch that had been returned. I returned the watch, and now I'm asked to wait 21 days. The watch has obvious flaws, including missing parts and a different product. When it arrived, I had already called Trendyol customer service to notify them. That's why I called twice. Regardless, the defect and shame, which do not require such an examination, are officially GO.
