My Thomax Steam Cleaner Broke One Day After Purchase

I purchased the Thomax Multi-Function Steam Cleaner (2000 Watts, 1.9 L), started using it, and it broke down the very next day—it stopped working and no longer produces steam just one day after purchase. I’ve been trying to contact the brand, but there’s no phone number available. When I visit their website, there’s no contact address, phone number, or email—nothing. The only way to reach them is through the "Ask the Seller" section on Trendyol. There, they tell me to message them via a QR code. When I scan the QR code, it redirects me to their website, but the page shows an error. I sent an email through their site, but never received a response. I will take legal action against the Thomax brand. They run ads until the product is sold, then completely disappear. I will also sue Trendyol—why are they working with such companies? Isn’t there any oversight? If anyone can sell on Trendyol, then Trendyol is also responsible. The package only included a user manual and, shamelessly, a note asking for a 5-star rating. There was no warranty certificate included.
