I Was Denied a Refund for a Shiny Lace Wig From Trendyol
I placed an order for a synthetic lace wig with a real hair texture from the seller Kuzimor on the Trendyol platform, order number #10312993324. However, when the wig arrived, I opened the package because I couldn't tell whether the product had a shiny appearance. As it turned out, it was extremely shiny—like a light was being flashed on it. For this reason, I repackaged the product exactly as it was and returned it without ever using it. The return policy listed under the product specifications did not classify the item as a hygiene product and clearly stated that it could be returned within 15 days. However, my return was rejected. I am filing a complaint because while the seller lists used products that have been featured in their own videos—without cutting the lace part—as non-hygienic items, I am being denied a return just for opening the package to check for shine. Additionally, when I later checked the seller’s reviews, I saw reports that they had threatened other customers. When I informed Trendyol, they took no action and stated that there was nothing they could do. I respectfully request that my issue be resolved urgently and my grievance be addressed.
