I Did Not Receive My Pillows or Refund From Trendyol
I ordered two pillows from Trendyol, but the products were never delivered to Artova, a district in Tokat. I had read that the pillow filling was of poor quality, so when the courier called me for delivery, I refused to accept the package, generated a return code, and provided it. Since then, I’ve been in contact with Aras Kargo in Tokat, but nothing has been resolved, and I haven’t received a refund either. The pillows are now missing, and my 1,000₺ is gone with no updates from anyone. Aras Kargo in Tokat blames the courier, while Trendyol keeps asking me for a shipment code. My order status shows the items as delivered, but I never received them. It has been 20 days—there are no pillows and no refund. I feel wronged and want to file a formal complaint.
