Travel Town Missing Diamonds Rewards

I am a Travel Town player and I am repeatedly not receiving my diamond rewards in the game. This issue has happened three times in total so far. The most recent time was today, when I did not receive 4 diamonds that I should have been awarded. In total I estimate that I have missed around 15 diamonds, although I cannot remember the exact amounts from each incident. I tried to contact support through the in‑game system but I did not receive any help or a solution. I am sharing a screenshot from the Travel Pass section to show the area of the game related to these rewards. I kindly request that the missing diamonds be added to my account and that this recurring problem with the reward system be checked and permanently fixed so that I can continue playing without losing rewards I have earned.
