Travel Town Event Glitch Wiped My Progress! I Lost All My Rewards
I am absolutely livid with the technical failures and non-existent support for Travel Town. During the recent "Carla's Room Rush" event, I dedicated a massive amount of time and effort to collect 42 of the required event symbols. My hard work was supposed to earn me a significant prize: 42 level-3 large tool chests and approximately 15,000 gems. But just as I was about to claim my rewards, a "technical error" occurred in the game and completely wiped out my entire event progress. Everything I had worked for simply vanished.
I immediately contacted support and sent multiple emails, only to receive a single, generic, poorly translated response from someone named Bryan, who admitted English wasn't his first language. He promised to forward the issue to the technical team and get back to me. That was the last I ever heard from them. The event has now ended, and all my efforts have gone down the drain. My hard-earned rewards are gone forever because of your bug.
This is unacceptable. I expect to be compensated for the rewards I rightfully earned through hours of gameplay. Your technical glitch and subsequent failure by customer support to resolve the issue have cheated me out of my prize. I demand that you restore my earned rewards—the 42 tool chests and 15,000 gems—to my account immediately.
