I Didn’t Receive the Joker Match Reward in Travel Town Gift Box Event

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience in the Travel Town game. During a timed 30-minute gift box event, I completed the required orders and clearly saw the Joker Match reward listed among the possible prizes. However, despite fulfilling all the criteria, I never received the Joker Match item. This was very frustrating because I participated in the event specifically for that reward. If the game shows a reward as available, it should actually be delivered once the conditions are met. I would like to request a correction and receive the missing Joker Match item as promised. Please address this issue immediately and provide proper support, or I’ll be forced to reconsider continuing with this game.
