Tracelo Bank America Unauthorized Transaction

I hold a Bank of America card and on October 18 I saw a declined charge attempt from “help-tracelo” in the amount of $44.25 on my account. I have no idea who or what this company is, I have never dealt with them and I never authorized this transaction. I am concerned that my card details were used without my consent. Following this attempted transaction, my card was restricted by Bank of America due to unusual activity. While I understand the need for security, I do not want my card to be permanently blocked or replaced because of this incident. I request that Bank of America review this case as an unauthorized transaction attempt, ensure that no payment to help-tracelo will be processed on my account, remove the restriction on my existing card so I can use it normally again, and confirm that I will not be held liable for any present or future charges from this merchant.
