Total Energies Lpg Damaged My Car Injector Due To Contaminated Fuel

On October 20, 2025, I purchased LPG from the Total Energies station located at Fatih Street No:552/4, Tayakadın District, Arnavutköy, Istanbul. After refueling, my vehicle began making a rattling noise when the LPG tank was half full. Then, on October 23, 2026, after refueling again at another Total Energies station at Çamlı Street No:29, Altayçeşme District, Maltepe/Istanbul, the noise turned into sputtering, and my vehicle started stalling while the LPG tank was still half full. I had to continue my trip with the LPG turned off. I took my vehicle to Kütahya Şenotogaz, an authorized Prins service center, where the mechanic identified the issue as a malfunction in the LPG injector caused by contaminated LPG. My vehicle uses a Prins system, and the injector replacement cost me ₺18,000. This was the first time I experienced such a malfunction, and even the mechanic was surprised that it occurred at this mileage. I reported my complaint to Total Energies but have not received any response. I request that the issue with my vehicle be resolved, the LPG tanks at the stations where I refueled on the specified dates be analyzed, and the LPG remaining in my vehicle be compared. I am also willing to provide documents such as my license plate, receipts, and service invoice to support the investigation. I was trying to save money by using LPG, yet I suffered a loss due to contaminated LPG from Total Energies stations. I demand a thorough investigation and compensation for my grievance.
