Toshiba 24.000 BTU Air Conditioner Disabling, Switching Between Modes

This troublesome Toshiba 24,000 BTU (20m2) air conditioner at the office cycles on and off roughly 30-60 times a day, switching from cooling to heating mode. Having this problem with a product that still has 5 years left on the warranty is really annoying. Neither we nor our clients can be happy with the current state of affairs. Neither our guests nor our staff are happy with this continuous issue. It's quite inconvenient for everyone concerned. The problem has been seen by the visiting service staff as well. The air conditioner's constant on/off cycling is annoying and uncomfortable, which should still be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee and in good operating order, is causing so many problems.
