On August 28, 2025, I entered my card information on the Toppdf website to use its “JPG to PDF” conversion service. Initially, a ₺5 charge was processed, but immediately after, an unauthorized ₺1,599 was withdrawn from my account. I was not informed of any subscription or additional charges, and no customer number or receipt was provided after the transaction.
When I tried to contact the company, I received only an automated email response and no further communication. I immediately blocked my card and contacted my bank for assistance. This is the first time I have experienced such an incident, and I do not want others to become victims of the same scam.
I urge that the public be warned not to enter their card details on the Toppdf website, and I request that the ₺1,599 charge be refunded as soon as possible.
