I Struggle With Unauthorized ₺1599 Charge From Toppdf After One-Time ₺5 Service
On the night of August 6, I purchased a one-time service from Toppdf for ₺5. That payment was clear, and I approved it. However, to my shock, an additional ₺1599 was later withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or consent. During the purchase, there was absolutely no mention of a subscription, membership, or recurring payment plan. I only intended to use the service once, and I never authorized any ongoing charges.
After noticing this unauthorized withdrawal, I immediately sent an email to s******@toppdf.com to report the issue. They requested a screenshot of my payment method, which I provided, but since then I have received no resolution or proper response. It is extremely frustrating to see such a large sum taken without consent, especially when no additional services were delivered.
I am demanding the immediate refund of the ₺1599 that was wrongfully taken from my account. I also request written confirmation that no hidden subscription is tied to my details and that no further charges will occur. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action and take the matter to the prosecutor’s office.
