I Face Unauthorized ₺1600 Charge From TopPDF.co After One-Time Use

I used the website TopPDF.co only once to convert a single PDF file and paid the small fee required for that one-time service. However, without my knowledge or approval, a subscription was secretly initiated, and shortly after, ₺1600 was withdrawn from my bank account. At no point was I presented with a clear confirmation screen or asked for explicit consent regarding any recurring payment plan.

As soon as I noticed this unauthorized charge, I attempted to resolve the issue by emailing TopPDF.co multiple times. Unfortunately, I never received a meaningful response, and my concerns were completely ignored. It is extremely frustrating to be charged for a subscription I never agreed to, especially when I clearly intended to use the service for a single file conversion only.

This charge was made without my consent, and I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription along with a full refund of the ₺1600 taken from my account. I expect TopPDF.co to act responsibly and ensure that customers are not misled into hidden subscriptions.
