I Encounter Unauthorized ₺1600 Charge From Toppdf on My Papara Account

Today at 18:30, I noticed an unauthorized transaction of ₺1600 taken from my Papara account under the name Toppdf. This payment was carried out without my knowledge, consent, or approval. Before the withdrawal, I did not receive any confirmation request, verification message, or notification. The only alert I received came after the money had already been deducted, simply stating that the payment was “completed.”

This is the first time I have faced such an issue, and it is unacceptable. Although my account showed that a membership was still active, I canceled it immediately after noticing this unauthorized charge. I contacted both Toppdf and Papara customer service to report the problem, but so far I have not received any response. The Papara transaction ID for this payment is 4292848088. There was no warranty, no agreement, and no service connected to this withdrawal, yet a total of ₺1600 was unfairly taken from my account.

I am demanding the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized charge and a full refund of the ₺1600 deducted from my Papara account. Toppdf must resolve this issue quickly and ensure no further payments are processed without my consent.
