TokenPocket deleted my wallet name and hints — how can I recover my wallet access?

If TokenPocket unexpectedly removed your wallet name and hints, don’t worry—your funds and access aren't lost.

Your private key or hidden recovery phrase (seed phrase) is the only way to get back in control, so you still have full control.

TokenPocket does not keep these credentials; you must have saved a copy of them when you set up the wallet.

To get back in, open TokenPocket and click on the "Me" tab. Then, go to "Manage Wallets."

From there, enter the recovery phrase or private key and tap to import or manage your wallet. This will fully restore your wallet, but you will need to physically change the wallet name and hints afterward.

If you've lost your password but remember your recovery phrase, you can reset it by clicking "Restore Your Account" or "Reset Password." Then, enter your mnemonic to get back in and set a new password.
