Through the Token Pocket mobile app, I was directed by a person in London to make an investment, and I earned a profit. When I attempted to withdraw all of my funds, I received an email from i*@paybiscrypto.com** stating that I must pay a 10% tax within 48 hours or my money would not be released. Since I did not have enough funds to pay this so-called tax, I contacted both the application and the individual to cancel my withdrawal request and have my balance returned to my account.
However, Token Pocket customer service refused to help, saying the transfer was already in progress and that the only way to access my money was to pay the tax. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation and request a solution, my funds remain frozen and no alternative resolution was offered. I want to make it clear that I have not made any additional payments, and all of my investment is still stuck in the app.
I live in Balıkesir, Turkey, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I demand that Token Pocket immediately return my earnings and initial investment to my account without forcing me to make suspicious tax payments to a third-party address. If taxes are legally required, I am willing to pay them directly to the Turkish government, not through unverified emails. I expect full transparency, my funds released without further delay, and my rights as a consumer to be respected.
