Paid TLScontact Antalya Appointment Fee, No Service Provided, Refund Ignored


On November 11, I booked an appointment with TLScontact Antalya, paying £76.50. However, I later discovered that their system had been shut down as of November 5. While other customers were notified via email, I received no such communication. Unable to upload my documents, I reached out multiple times for clarification. In response, I was assured via email that I could attend my scheduled appointment and receive assistance for an additional fee.
When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they could no longer provide any service and that I needed to go through VFS Global instead. I was advised to email for a refund, which I have been doing since November 11. Despite my persistent attempts, I have received no resolution. Their only response was to claim that my case had been handled, stating that it would take up to a month for follow-up—yet no refund has been issued. I demand an immediate refund for the service that was never provided. This level of negligence and poor communication is unacceptable.
