Tinder Platinum Account Suspended and Selfie Review Delay

Hello,

While I was chatting with someone on Tinder with my Platinum subscription active, my account was suddenly closed. Due to this issue, I had to cancel my subscription. Additionally, for the past three days, I've been seeing the message "Your selfie is under review," with no updates. Because of these interruptions and errors, I'm unable to use the app. I’m requesting an urgent resolution and an explanation for why my account was closed.
