I Deleted My Tinder Account but They Still Try to Charge Me Without Consent

I’m filing this complaint because Tinder continues to attempt charges from my credit card even though I’ve already deleted my account. I do not have an active subscription, yet they keep trying to pull payments automatically, and the only reason they haven’t succeeded is that there isn’t enough money on the card at the moment.
What right do they have to charge someone who has explicitly canceled their account and no longer uses the service? I’ve searched everywhere for a way to contact someone from Tinder, but there is no clear support channel, no real-time help, and no email where I can get actual assistance. It feels like there’s no accountability for how they handle customer data or payment authorizations.
If my card had funds on it, Tinder would have charged me without my knowledge, even though I had revoked my consent. This is completely unethical.
I am demanding that Tinder stop all billing attempts immediately, remove any saved payment information associated with my deleted account, and provide a clear way to speak to a representative. I expect the company to take responsibility before unauthorized charges are made. This issue needs to be addressed urgently.
