Tinder Keeps Charging My Card Even After I Canceled My Membership

Even though I've canceled my Tinder Plus subscription, my card keeps getting charged. I've reached out to Tinder customer support on several occasions, yet the problem continues to persist. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and desperate for assistance in resolving this issue.
I successfully canceled my subscription on the Tinder app and got a confirmation email to confirm the cancellation. Unfortunately, my card was charged again the following month. I reached out to customer support, and they gave me their assurance that they would thoroughly look into the matter and reimburse me. Unfortunately, I haven't received any additional updates, and my card has been charged once again this month.
