Tinder Keeps Charging Me Even After I Canceled My Subscription

My name is Fatih C., and I’m writing this because Tinder continues to charge my card even though I’ve already canceled my subscription. I followed every step required to end the subscription, yet the payments are still being withdrawn without my permission.
There is no phone number to reach Tinder support, no live chat, no proper contact option — just a bunch of vague help articles that lead nowhere. I’ve spent hours trying to fix this by searching online, following every guide I could find, but nothing has worked.
Tinder is charging me for a service I no longer use, and I have no way to stop it directly. This is unacceptable, especially from a global app that handles millions of users’ financial information.
I’m demanding that Tinder stop all charges immediately, refund the ₺ amounts already withdrawn, and provide a real way for users to manage and cancel their subscriptions. You should not have to fight your way through unclear systems just to stop being billed for something you no longer want. This needs to be fixed urgently.
