Tinder Gold Membership Issues - Matches and Chat History Disappeared

I have been using Tinder for about two years, and I have a Gold membership. Last night, I used the app and logged out, but when I woke up this morning, I found that all my matches and chat history (messages) were gone.
Additionally, the likes I have received recently are not showing up in the likes section. I receive notifications, but when I check, I cannot see the likes. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible, as it is very frustrating to lose my connections and conversations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
