Tinder Charged Me Twice but Didn’t Activate My Subscription

I purchased a discounted Tinder subscription, but instead of completing my order, I received an error message. Despite this, I was charged twice for the same purchase! I checked my transaction records, and both charges went through at different seconds, proving this was not a duplicate attempt on my end.
The biggest issue? I never received the subscription I paid for! Tinder took my money twice, but my account still shows no active membership. This is completely unacceptable.
I need immediate assistance to either activate my subscription or issue a full refund for the extra charge. I have the transaction proof, and I expect a prompt resolution—this should not be so difficult!
