StarMaker TikTok Account Blocked By Multiple IDs And Risky Account Error
I use the StarMaker app on an Android Samsung Galaxy A55 5G device and for about six months I have constantly been getting a “multiple IDs” error. Because of this, I cannot enter rooms or join families properly, and my usage of the app is seriously restricted. I did not clear the cache because I am afraid that my other StarMaker account’s songs may be deleted, so I have been very careful not to lose any of my previous content. I tried to complain once through my second TikTok account and received only guideline information, but the actual problem in StarMaker remains unresolved. At the moment, only my old StarMaker ID “Jannat” is working normally. Whenever I try to create or use another ID with the name “Duwa” the app immediately shows a “multiple IDs” or “risky account” error and restricts my actions. I want to keep my “Jannat” account with all my songs, and at the same time I would like to have one more account named “Duwa” that I can use freely without any errors. I kindly request that you check my account in detail, remove the “multiple IDs” and “risky account” restrictions that are blocking the new ID, and allow me to use both “Jannat” and “Duwa” accounts normally, including entering rooms and joining families.
