I Can't Recover My TikTok Account Because I Reset My Phone

I am a TikTok user from the Philippines and I have been unable to access my account for about a month. The username of the account I want to recover is “kheishaht***”. I lost the phone number linked to this account and I also no longer have access to the Gmail address registered on it, so I cannot receive verification codes or reset the password. Because of this, I am completely locked out of my TikTok account. This account is important to me because I have followers there and I do not want to lose the profile and the community I have built. I have not yet been able to reach TikTok support through the app or help center about this problem. I kindly request your support to help me recover access to my account by verifying my identity through alternative methods and updating the phone number or email so I can log in again.
