Tighttonic Order Still Not Shipped After 8 Days

I placed an order for a total of 6 items through the Tighttonic website on August 18. The order consists of three pairs of shorts and three pairs of long leggings. I have been waiting for 8 days, but my order still has not been shipped.

Since the day I placed the order, I have not received a shipping tracking number or any notification regarding the shipment. Although the order details I can see through Shopify list the products and a total amount of $107, there has been no progress in the delivery process. The only contact number I can find on the website starts with +994, and I cannot find any other way to contact the company.

I request that the leggings and shorts I have already paid for be shipped and delivered to me as soon as possible. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will consider making the necessary official complaints to seek a resolution to this issue.
