Tight Tonic Charges 300 TL for a Free Size Exchange

I purchased a pair of leggings from the Tight Tonic website on September 13, but the size was too small, so I requested an exchange on September 19. I did not receive any response for a long time after that. When I contacted the company again today, I was told that I would have to pay a 300 TL shipping fee.

However, the company’s website states that exchanges are “free.” Despite this, I am being asked to pay a 300 TL shipping fee, and I have also experienced frustration due to the delayed and inadequate response from customer service. I only want to exchange the leggings for a different size, and I believe this should be a free exchange as stated on the company’s website. I request that Tight Tonic process the size exchange for my product free of charge and that I not be charged any shipping fee for this exchange.
