About one month ago, I purchased a men’s The North Face Bettaforca jacket from the The North Face Beşiktaş Shop store. I paid approximately $515 for the product, and experiencing such an issue at this price point is especially disappointing. From the very first time I wore the jacket, I noticed significant pilling and shedding. Encountering this kind of problem on first use has seriously undermined my confidence in the product’s quality.
About one week after the issue appeared, I returned the jacket to the store for inspection. After an approximately two-week evaluation process, I received a negative response and my claim was denied. However, I firmly believe that the issue is not due to user error but rather a problem related to the fabric, manufacturing, or overall product quality.
Experiencing such severe pilling and shedding on first use from a brand like The North Face, and then receiving a rejection after inspection, has been very disappointing. I request that the product be re-evaluated and that this jacket, which I consider defective, be either replaced or, if possible, refunded.
