North Alpine Sent the Wrong Sizes and Colors in My Order

On August 25, I ordered six undershirts from North Alpine’s online store for a total of $51. I selected two of them in size 2XL and ordered two of each color. However, all of the products I received were size L and came only in black.

Even though I specifically selected the size and color options individually when placing the order, I received completely different products, which has caused me significant inconvenience. I cannot use the products because both the sizes and colors are incorrect.

I do not want an exchange for the incorrectly shipped products. I request a full refund of the $51 I paid and cancellation of this order.
