Telegram Wallet USDT Purchase Missing After Google Pay Charge
On June 17, 2026 at 4:53 PM, I bought USDT via Google Pay in Telegram Wallet, but although I was charged, I did not receive any USDT and there is no record of this purchase in my wallet. The payment was processed through MoneySwap OÜ for $11.60, and my Google Pay receipt shows the transaction ID 51fc4067-0fd9-4bc4-b88d-3c19a3b2449a. When I open Telegram Wallet and check my balance and transaction history, there is no sign that I made this purchase; the transaction list is completely empty with no record at all, even though the money was taken from my account. I have already reached out to Telegram, but I have not received any response so far. In this situation, I request that the missing amount be credited to my Telegram Wallet as USDT corresponding to the $11.60 I paid, or that you otherwise resolve this discrepancy as soon as possible.
