Telegram Verification Code SMS Never Arrives on My Phone

I have been using the Telegram mobile application on my Samsung A31 for a while without any issues, but since yesterday I have not been able to access my account because of a verification code problem. When I try to log in, the application shows the verification code screen, but the SMS with the code never arrives on my phone. There is no error message inside the Telegram app, it simply does not send or deliver the SMS code to my number, so I cannot complete the login process and activate my account again. I request that my Telegram account be activated and that the verification code SMS problem be resolved as soon as possible so that I can securely access and use my account again.
