Telegram Blocks My Account After Multiple Deletions

I deleted my Telegram account several times and tried to reopen it using my iPhone, with the phone number starting with 536. However, for about a week now, I have been unable to access my account. When I try to reactivate it in the app, I receive a warning stating that because I deleted the account multiple times, it cannot be reopened for a certain period, and I am unable to use my account.

I actively rely on my Telegram account, and this situation is disrupting both my communication and my work. I request that my account linked to my phone number starting with 536 be reactivated and made accessible again as soon as possible.
