Telegram Blocked My New Number Even Though I Have Never Used the App

I have a government-issued Foxx phone with a new phone number, and I am trying to register and log into the Telegram application for the first time. Each time I enter my phone number to create an account, Telegram shows a message stating that my phone number is banned, so I cannot log in or use the app at all. Since I am new to Telegram and have not used this number on the platform before, I do not understand why my number is banned. I have tried to contact Telegram support about this issue but have not received any response so far, and the problem continues every time I try to log in. I request that my phone number be reviewed urgently, that the incorrect ban be removed if there is no valid reason, and that I be allowed to create and use a Telegram account normally. If there is a specific reason for this restriction, I also ask that it be clearly explained to me.
