I Need Telegram to Restore My Deleted Saved Messages From Backup Servers

I use a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and I am writing about a serious problem I experienced with Telegram’s Saved Messages feature. On Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at around 9:30 p.m., I accidentally deleted my entire Saved Messages. These messages had been stored for years and included a very large number of important items, too many to count. Among them were personal and work-related text messages, photos, documents, and various important account details that I relied on Telegram to keep safe. After this incident, I immediately tried to reach Telegram for help. I sent an email to ******@telegram.org, and I also contacted the voluntary support on Telegram, but so far, I have not been able to get my Saved Messages back. Losing this data is causing me a lot of stress and difficulty, as I was using Saved Messages as a long-term archive. From Telegram, I am expecting a full restoration of my Saved Messages from your servers, ideally to the state they were in on 19 May 2026, or at least as of around 8:00 p.m. on 20 May 2026, whichever is technically possible. I kindly request that my data be restored and that I receive clear information on what can be done in this situation and how you will help prevent such irreversible loss of data for users in the future.

I accidentally deleted my Telegram's Saved Message channel and I am experiencing significant distress as a result. I have saved important information in the channel that I need for my day to day transactions, which I can longer access. I have contacted support via email but have not yet received a response. So far, Telegram has shown no interest in my request.
