I purchased three pieces of Tefal cookware, expecting the best quality, but I am deeply disappointed. From the very first use, the cookware started making loud noises that sound like it might explode. The noise becomes even louder as the cookware heats up. My spouse is now too afraid to cook with it, making these products completely unusable for our family.
I chose Tefal because of its reputation, but this issue is unacceptable and makes the cookware feel unsafe. I even have a video as proof of the problem. I am urgently requesting Tefal to replace these defective items. No one can cook safely or comfortably with cookware that sounds like it’s about to burst. Please resolve this issue immediately.
