I am having a problem with my Caffissimo coffee machine, whose exact model I unfortunately do not know. As of today, the device has stopped working properly. When I try to turn the machine on, it immediately starts beeping and shows a red light, and it does not proceed to make coffee. Since the issue started, I have tried several things to solve it myself. I unplugged the machine for a few hours and plugged it back in, and I also tried to start a descaling process. However, the red light and beeping continue, and the machine still does not work. The device was originally received as a gift from abroad, so I do not have detailed purchase information or a receipt. I kindly request technical support regarding this issue. I would like to be informed about what this red light and beeping indicate, and what steps I should follow to get the machine checked and repaired if necessary.
