Hello. I went for what was supposed to be a two-day stay, but from the very beginning, there were serious problems. When I first arrived, I waited at the gate for 45 minutes. I had made the reservation through Tine House, and they told me there was a bungalow available. They said the other units were under renovation and being painted, but when I initially refused, they somehow said “okay” and let us proceed.
When we arrived and checked the place, there was absolutely no painting or renovation happening. In addition, I went there for a vacation, yet there were three young men staring at us in a very uncomfortable and inappropriate way. How can a professional, corporate company work with businesses that operate like this?
When we tried to bring our belongings inside, I checked the water and realized there was no hot water. When I called, I was told “we’re checking it right away,” but for the next two hours, no one answered my calls or messages. The next morning, I packed up and left immediately. It truly wasn’t worth it at all.
Is the money I paid rightfully earned? Absolutely not. I am asking you to seriously look into this matter, because I have clear evidence—I am not making this up. I have messages, call logs, and records of everything. I strongly request your attention to this issue. Anyone planning a vacation should take this into consideration, because we were clearly wronged.
