Tata Tigor EV Charging Issues Made My EV Experience Frustrating

47

Until I discovered how difficult it is to locate a working public charger, owning a Tata Tigor EV sounded like a brilliant idea. Tata markets these vehicles as sensible for city driving, yet charging stations are rare and even when I locate one, they are either damaged or occupied. My slow home charging configuration means that, when I need quick charging, I cannot rely it. I even made plans for a road trip, but I had to call off because insufficient charging stations along the way. Tata has to increase its fast-charging network and guarantee that current stations really function if they are serious about selling EVs in India. Right now, having an EV seems more like a chore than a benefit.
