Tango Suspended My Streaming Account Without Justification

I had been going live every evening for 3–4 hours using my Tango account with the username “fatihkaya34.” This morning, I received a violation notice, but no explanation was provided as to what it was based on. Then, later in the evening, my account was completely closed.
Even though I did not violate any rules, I cannot understand why my account was closed without any clear reason or detailed explanation. Despite reaching out to support both via email and through the app, I have not received any response so far.
I request that Tango reopen my account and provide me with a clear and detailed explanation regarding the alleged violation, if any.
