When I tried to log in to the Tango Live app today through the Safari browser on my iPhone 11, the screen stayed completely white, and the app failed to open. No error message or code appeared.
My internet connection is stable, and I use the automatic login feature. I haven’t tried using a different browser yet, and I haven’t contacted customer support so far.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as I’m unable to access or use the app through Safari even though it was working properly before.
