On September 28, 2025, at 10:04 PM, our Tango account “Maskelieler” was blocked from starting public live streams, even though we did not violate any rules. The only message we received through the app stated, “Your broadcast has been blocked due to a rule violation,” but there was no explanation as to which specific rule was allegedly broken.
Our account has no other restrictions — we can still start premium live streams, but public streaming remains disabled. We tried to contact Tango customer support, yet could not reach a representative or find any direct channel for communication.
Additionally, we were not informed about the duration of the block, and it has now been over 48 hours since the restriction began.
We request that the public live streaming ban on our account be lifted, or at the very least, that Tango provides a clear explanation of why the block was imposed and when it will be removed.
