Issues On My Tango Verification
I am writing regarding a problem I encountered with verification on my Tango live streaming account linked to the email address osaro***[email protected]. Today, after carefully entering all the required information for verification, I received a message stating, “Unfortunately we couldn’t verify you,” without any clear explanation of the reason. I then contacted Tango through the in‑app support, and they informed me that they are passing my feedback to the team for further review. However, I still do not know why my verification was rejected or what I need to correct, and I am unable to use the service as intended because I am not verified. I kindly request that my verification be either manually reviewed and approved, or that I be clearly informed of the reason for the rejection and allowed to try the verification process again. I would appreciate a clear and prompt response so that I can properly use Tango live streaming.
