Tango Banned My Device - I Keep Getting the Same Message When I Reinstall It

Why was my device banned? I tried deleting and reinstalling the Tango app multiple times—more than ten times—but nothing worked. Every time I try to install it again, I get the same message. I just want to know how to fix this issue and be able to use the app on my device again. I keep getting the same response each time I try to log in, and I haven’t been able to find a solution. I would really appreciate some clarification about this problem.
