Tango App Suspended My Account After I Requested a Coin Withdrawal

I am using the Tango application on Android, and my account, linked to the email address not3co****@gmail.com, was suddenly suspended shortly after I requested a withdrawal. On 3 January at around 9 pm, I tried to withdraw approximately 15,000+ coins, the withdrawal was rejected within a few minutes, and right after that, my account was suspended without any explanation. I did not receive any clear message or reason from Tango about why my account was suspended, and I do not know which rule I am supposed to have violated. This situation is very upsetting for me because I was simply trying to withdraw the coins I had earned. I kindly request that my account be urgently reviewed and reactivated, and that my rejected withdrawal of about 15,000+ coins be processed, or at least that I be given a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the suspension and the withdrawal rejection.
