Tango Account Suspended After Withdrawal

I am writing regarding the sudden banning of my device and suspension of my Tango account registered with the email address lslsls779***@gmail.com, which I use on an Android device in the United Kingdom. Today, shortly after I added a withdrawal method to my Tango account and a withdrawal of approximately 15 USD was processed, my device was banned and my account was suspended without any warning or stated reason. I currently have a remaining balance of around 8,600 in my Tango account, and I am unable to access it or use my account in any way. In addition to this, I purchased coins worth approximately 55 GBP on Tango just yesterday, and I now cannot use these coins or access what I have paid for because of the ban. I have tried to contact Tango support, but I have not received any reply so far, and no explanation has been provided about why my account and device were blocked. Blocking my access without any explanation while keeping both my existing balance and the coins I purchased feels unfair and, in my view, raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this situation. My primary request is that my device ban and account suspension be urgently reviewed and my account fully restored as soon as possible so that I can access and use my balance and the coins I have recently purchased. If, for any reason, you decide not to restore my account and device, I request that the full remaining balance and the 55 GBP worth of coins I bought be refunded to me without delay, as I do not accept losing this money without any justification or response.
