I Want To Appeal To Get My Money Back From Tango

My name is Shrishti S*** and I have been using the Tango Live streaming app for about a year. On 15 May at around 9:00 PM, the app asked me to verify my ID. I tried to complete the verification using my PAN card, but the registration did not go through and my account stopped opening. For about a week my ID would not open, even though I kept trying, and I received no resolution. Yesterday, my Tango Live account with the username @shogunfalcon-69*** was suddenly blocked completely. There was 220 dollars in my account, which is my hard-earned money, and I can no longer access it. I have never violated any of Tango’s terms and conditions, and I was using the app normally for live streaming when this happened. Because my account is blocked, I am also unable to reach Tango customer support through the app and have not received any explanation about the reason for the block or the status of my funds. I am extremely disappointed that my account was blocked without any clear reason and that my balance is not accessible to me. I kindly request that my case be urgently reviewed, that I be informed of the exact reason for blocking my account, and that my 220 dollars be released to me as soon as possible. If my account can be reinstated, I also request that it be reopened so I can continue using the service without further issues.
