Airwelex Marks Withdrawal Complete but Funds Never Reach Bank
On December 18, I made a $112 withdrawal through the Tango app using Airwelex. After the transaction, I received a notification from Airwelex stating, “Your withdrawal request has been completed and $113 has been successfully sent to your wallet.” The system also shows the transaction as completed.
I expected this withdrawal to be deposited into my Garanti Bank account registered in my own name, but even though time has passed, the money has not reached my account. Since the transaction appears as completed, it is clear that there is an issue; however, I cannot see this amount in my Garanti account or anywhere else.
I am requesting that this Airwelex transaction be urgently investigated, that my $112 withdrawal be deposited into my Garanti Bank account as soon as possible, and that I be clearly informed about the status and resolution of this issue.
