If you can't use Tandem Pro's features, make sure your subscription is active. On iOS, launch Tandem app, tap 'Pro' tab, select 'See more,' and scroll down to 'Restore Purchases.' This allows the app to recognise your active membership.

On Android, ensure you're signed into the Google Play Store account used for the purchase. Then, go to Menu > Subscriptions > Tandem > Restore.

If these actions do not cure the problem, send a detailed message to [email protected] or contact Tandem's support team at tandem.zendesk.com. Include your Tandem ID and a copy of your purchase receipt from Apple or Google Play to expedite assistance.
