I have been experiencing an unresolved issue with Surveoo regarding a withdrawal that has been pending for an unreasonably long time. On 12 May 2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₦37,233.80 via bank transfer in Nigeria, but up to now it has not been processed. Despite following the process, I have not received the link to input my withdrawal details, which is preventing the payment from being completed. I contacted Surveoo customer support by email using my account email address, kelechidesmond****@gmail.com, but my messages have been completely ignored, and I have not received any reply or assistance. I request that my withdrawal of ₦37,233.80 be processed and paid out immediately, and that Surveoo provide a clear response regarding the delay and the missing link for entering my withdrawal details.
