Superprof Tutors Reject Requests Repeatedly Without Explanation

I have been requesting private tutoring lessons through Superprof for about a month. Despite submitting course applications dozens of times, all of my requests are rejected, and I cannot arrange a single lesson. There is no functional contact phone number or representative to reach on the website either.

This process caused significant time loss and deep frustration. The systems do not work, processes fail, and the platform provides zero benefit to the user. Since I find this site useless now, I want it to be shut down completely if they cannot deliver service, so that users no longer waste their time.

They should either convert this platform into a truly functional, monitored system that provides responses to users, or shut it down entirely if it continues to remain idle and useless.
